Ruby Family Campground - Cabin Rental Rule

 
Each cabin has a double bed, one set of bunk beds, table with benches, electric outlets, ceiling fan and air conditioner. Outside are 2 deck chairs, firepit and picnic table.
Cabin sleeps up to four persons - - family of 2 parents and 2 children under age 18 or one couple.
No pets, smoking, cooking or portable heater permitted in cabin.
Renters must bring bed linens, pillows and towels.
Cabin rental fee - $50.00 daily (minimum 2 days), $300.00 weekly. Holiday weekends require 3 day minimum stay.
$50.00 Security Deposit required - cash only if provided at time of check-in.
Check out time is 12:00 P.M. - No exceptions. Staff will inspect cabin before Security Deposit is returned - allow 30 minutes for inspection.
Full refund of Security Deposit, less $10.00 cleaning fee will be duducted from Security Deposit if key to cabin door is not returned at check-out.
Reservations require one day deposit - - $50.00, holiday reservations require three day minimum, to be paid in full. No personal checks accepted for advance reservations of less than 10 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation must be made 4 days before reservation date to receive refund of deposit, less $10.00 processing fee.

 
All pricing subject to change. Campground is privately owned -- management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and the right of dismissal from the campground with no refund for infractions of any of the Rules and Regulations with restitution required if indicated.
