| Camping rates are based on one sleeping unit for a family of five - 2 parents, 3 children under age 18 or one couple. One small tent may also be on site for child use only with prior approval by management. Additional person $8.00 nightly, $40 weekly, $160.00 monthly. | |
| Cabins sleep up to four persons - maximum 2 adults and 2 children under age 18 or one couple. | |
| Speed limit is 10 MPH - strictly enforced. One vehicle per site. Extra vehicle must be kept in Visitor's Parking area. Motorcycles not permitted at campsites; all motorcycles must be parked in designated area. | |
| Campers' check in time after 2 pm. Check out 12 pm. Promptness is greatly appreciated. Late check-out charge $3 per hour after 12 pm. | |
| Visiting hours - 10 am to 10 pm. Only camper's pre-specified guests will be admitted. Visitors must arrive by 7 pm, register in office and must park in Visitor's Parking area - no exceptions. Visitors who do not register in office will be required to leave. Visitor fee is $2.50 per guest - age 2 and over. No pets allowed with visitors. Maximum number of persons on site is 8 - campers and visitors. Visitors not permitted to fish in pond. | |
| Quiet hours 11 pm -- 8 am. No radio, TV or voices to be heard beyond your site during quiet hours. Children must be at own campsite after dark and during quiet hours or supervised by an adult. Generators are not to be used during quiet hours. Vehicles are not to drive through campground between 12 midnight and 7 am except for medical emergency. | |

Generators are to be used in short increments between 9am - 9pm.

| Site rules: | |
| Each site must have an adult in charge at all times. | |
| Do not walk across or fish at an occupied campsite. | |
| Campfires must be contained within firerings, be attended at all times and extinguished before retiring. Do not move firerings. | |
| Fire pits are not to be used for trash, bottles, cans, food, tin foil, etc. | |
| No firewood can be brought in to prevent Emerald Ash Borer infestation/disease. | |
| Absolutely NO grills of any kind on picnic tables. No cleaning fish on picnic tables. | |
| No taking wood (tree, branches, bush, shrub, log), dead or alive, from woods. | |
| Alcoholic consumption restricted to own site. | |
| No bike riding after dark, on entrance driveway hill or down big hill in campground at any time. | |
| Radios, car stereos, boom boxes, TVs are not to be heard beyond 50 ft. from site at any time. Sounds are magnified in our valley campground. | |
| Bagged and tied garbage pick up at l0am daily when placed along road at site. | |
| No electric heaters to be used in any sleeping unit. | |
| No washing of RVs in campground. | |

Campers and guests to use metal can obtained from office to dispose of cigarette butts. Butts may also be thrown in firering - not on the ground.

| Pet rules: | |
| All animals must be on a leash (6 ft maximum) and be under immediate control of adult camper. | |
| Animals not permitted near pond, or on playgrounds, in any building or cabin. | |
| Owners must immediately clean up pet excrement. | |
| Animals must accompany owner when owner leaves campground. | |

Any camper having a dangerous or noisy pet or who fails to immediately cleanup and dispose of any pet excrement shall be subject to eviction.

| Swimming rules: | |
| No lifeguard on duty at pond or along creek. | |
| Parents must accompany children in pond, encouraged to monitor in creek. | |
| No fishing or swimming in pond after 9 pm. | |

Visitors not permitted to fish in pond at any time.

| Parent must accompany children to swim in pond and use Service Building. | |
| Water outlet near office to be used for drinking and cooking purposes only. Washing of anything is prohibited. Sinks inside Service Building are to be used only for hand washing and tooth brushing. | |
| Every effort is made to honor requests for specific sites; however we cannot guarantee any site for availability. | |
| Cancellation must be made 1 days before reservation date to receive refund of deposit less $10 processing fee. | |
| All persons entering campground do so at their own risk. | |
| Management is not responsible for damage, accidents, injury or loss incurred by negligence, accident, theft or fIre to either property or person while using any facilities therein. | |
| Notice to parents or guardians: You are responsible for damage and other acts of vandalism committed by your children or wards. | |
| Registered camper is responsible for informing visitors of campground Rules and Regulations and is responsible for guests' actions. | |
| Vandalism of any kind is not permitted. Anyone found to be damaging picnic tables, playground equipment, campground equipment and/or buildings, trail signs, trees, bushes, birds, animals, will be subject to removal from the campground. | |
| These rules will be strictly enforced. | |
| The campground is privately owned. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and the right of dismissal from the campgrounds with no refund and restitution required when indicated. | |
| Rules may be added to, subtracted from, or changed as management sees fit. |
